社会政策视角下新型农村合作医疗实施现状调查与思考——江苏省X县个案研究

选取江苏省X县为研究个案，通过观察法、访谈法获取研究资料，运用社会政策研究过程视角理论，分别从政策的传送、政策过程中的互动关系、政策过程中的双重主体以及政策过程中的情境制约4个方面对新型农村合作医疗政策实施过程进行动态的分析，在此基础上对影响政策实施效果的因素进行探讨。

The Development of the New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System from the Perspective of Social Policy——A Case Study of X County in Jiangsu Province

From the perspective of social policy research and with X County in Jiangsu Province of China as an example,this thesis explores the implementing process of the new-type rural cooperative medical system there through analyzing the four aspects of policy transmission,the relationship between interaction,the interaction between policy implementers and policy acceptors,and policy circumstances.It also attempts to examine the factors which affect the effect of the implementation.
