A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Patent Trust

The patent trust,as a package of service mode of enterprises tailored,is a new approach to providing services for small and medium-sized enterprises through the effective use of social forces.Moreover,the patent trust is the meaning of the title of the innovation drive development strategy and the concrete steps of enterprise implementation of intellectual property strategy.Many problems,such as the policy orientation bias,the defect of law environment and technical difficulties of risk resolution,fetter the practice of the small and medium-sized enterprise patent management. ＂ Part of patent trusteeship mode＂ is suitable for the rules of market operation,including three core links in its operation structure,such as patent choice,patent pool and patent authorization.This patent trusteeship mode is expected to become the development orientation of future intellectual property trust,complemented by legal,economic and management risk control mechanism.
