摘    要:劳动争议的处理对于有效维护劳动关系稳定具有重要意义.作为劳动争议的重要类别,权利争议有其特定的内涵和外延.基于稳定劳动关系的目的,权利争议的处理应遵循协商调解原则和公平、平衡以及简便、廉价、快速原则,着重于构建化解争议的调解机制和简便、迅速处理争议的劳动仲裁与诉讼机制.

Abstract:The handling of labor dispute is of vital significance to effectively maintain the stability of labor relations.As an important category of labor disputes,right dispute has its specific connotation and denotation.For the purpose of stabilizing labor relations,the handling of right dispute should follow the principle of mediation' the principle of fair and balance,and in a simple,cheap,and fast way with focus on the construction of mediation mechanism which resolve the disputes,and arbitration and litigation...
