城市历史文化遗产价值评估研究——以青岛即墨鳌山卫古城为例

历史文化遗产保护是城市建设过程中不可或缺的一部分。合理评估历史文化遗产的价值，有利于对历史文化遗产的保护与利用。在国内外城市历史文化遗产价值评估相关研究的基础上，运用问卷调查的形式，以专家征询的方法，建立城市历史文化遗产价值评估指标体系，对即墨市鳌山卫古城历史文化遗产的价值进行评估与分析。应加大对鳌山卫古城文化遗产的收集与整合，使鳌山卫古城遗址成为即墨市标志性历史文化旅游建筑，借鉴国内成功经验实施系统性、区域性、连贯性操作，实行区域整体保护与开发，以实现鳌山卫古城历史文化遗产保护与利用的合理化。

Research on the evaluation of urban historical and cultural heritages --a case of Aoshanwei,Jimo

The protection of historical and cultural heritages is of importance in city construction. Reasonable evaluation of urban historical and cultural heritages is helpful to their protection and utilization. Scholars at home and abroad have studied the evaluation of urban historical and cultural heritages. Based on their studies and with the help of questionnaire investigation and expert interviews, we analyzed and evaluated the value of the ancient city of Aoshanwei of Jimo. It is concluded that we should focus on the collection of the cultural heritages of the ancient city of Aoshanwei, and the reasonable protection and utilization of these heritages. Furthermore, we should make the site of Aoshanwei the landmark of historical and cultural tourism building. By referring to the successful experiences at home and abroad, we should follow systematized and consistent operation to carry out regional protection and development.
