| 摘 要： | 山东省自2008年启动创新型企业培育工作，成效明显，示范作用日益显现。从创新投入、产出效果两方面设定指标建立创新型企业创新绩效评价指标体系，NDEA方法对山东省创新型企业创新绩效进行评价。研究发现，山东省创新型企业培育存在不足，应在搭建产学研平台、构建完整的企业创新配套体系、建立激励机制等方面采取措施，以加快山东省创新型企业的发展。

| Abstract: | Shandong Province has launched the cultivation of innovative enterprises since 2008, and the work has an obvious demonstrative effect. We establish the evaluation index system of innovation performance of innovative enterprises from the innovation inputs and the outputs resuhs. Using the system and the DEA method, we evaluated the innovation performance of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province. The result shows that there exist some problems in the cultivation of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province, so we should take measures, such as setting up the platform of industry-university-research, building the supporting system for enterprise innovation, and establishing the incentive mechanism, to accelerate the development of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province. |
