超声波法提取山茱萸中熊果酸的工艺研究

摘    要:采用L9(34)正交试验,考察超声功率(A)、时间(B)、溶媒用量(C)和频率(D)四个因素对熊果酸提取的影响.得出超声波法提取山茱萸中熊果酸的最佳工艺参数:用15倍量无水乙醇浸泡24小时在输入功率40%下超声10min.

Abstract:The effects on Ursolic acid extraction about four relevant factors-ultrasonic wave power(A),ultrasonic tiom(B), solvent volume(C)and ultrasonic frequency(D)by the L_9(3~4)orthogonal test are studied.The optimal technologic conditions of Ultrasonic wave extraction are as follows:the sample is soaked in 15 times of absolute ethyl alcohol for twenty-four hours and then extracted for 10 minutes under the power of 40% with ultrasonic wave extraction.
