Hybridity reflects the nature of translation.The objective and universal existence of hybridity in translation is illustrated in the context of globalization.The hybridity of translator identity establishes the translator’s subjectivity,giving the translator initiative.It is justifiable that hybrid translation strategies play an effective role fighting against cultural colonization and establishing the identity of weak culture under post-colonial context.Hybrid strategy of foreignization and domestication is summoned by the age of globalization.Hybridity,a normal result of communication between foreign and local culture,presents a common pursuit for difference and pluralism in the background of globalization.A discussion of hybridity will enhance our understanding of the nature of translation.
