| 摘 要： | 财务管理专业的培养目标定位和主干课程设置,一直是受到关注的热点问题。本文从吉林省财务管理本科专业人才培养现状入手,分析了现有人才培养模式存在的主要问题,并以吉林工程技术师范学院为例,从培养目标和课程设置两大方面对应用型财务管理本科专业人才培养模式的改革进行构想。
