| 摘 要： | 中印两国在和平解决分歧的基础上,加大政治、战略合作力度,提高合作层次对实现两国对外战略目标具有重大的意义。两国应共同努力,稳妥处理同时崛起历史进程中出现的种种战略矛盾、政治摩擦和利益冲撞,并通过良性竞争,形成互利合作、共同发展的双赢局面。 |
