农业灾害防治女性化问题研究

农业灾害防治女性化问题，是指由于大量青壮年农民进程务工，农村留守妇女成为农业灾害防治的劳动力主体，从而给农业灾害防治、农村妇女身心健康和农业发展带来消极影响的问题。解决这一问题的思路，一是是吸引部分青壮年男性劳动力回流农村，充当农业灾害防治的中坚力量；二是提高农村留守妇女防灾救灾的能力和组织化程度；三是实现农业灾害防治的专业化和社会化，这是最根本的办法。

Research on the Issue of Feminization of Agriculture Disaster Prevention and Cure

Because most young and middle - aged male peasants have worked in the cities, their hometown-remaining wives have to serve as the main power for agriculture disaster prevention and cure. Such a trend of feminization has negative impact on the agriculture disaster prevention and cure, as well as hometown-remaining wives＇ physical and mental health and the development of agriculture. There are three problem-solving ideas ： to attract a part of young and middle -aged male peasants turning back ;to improve hometown-remaining wives＇ capacities and their organization ; and to realize specialization and socialization of agriculture disaster prevention and cure, which is the most fundamental way.
