| 摘 要： | 高校的教学质量保障与监控体系是对学校的教学计划、教学条件、教师学生等因素进行评估与调控的重要系统。就新建本科院校的教学质量保障与监控体系的现状及需要解决的问题进行了调研,并在此基础上提出建立健全新建本科院校的教学质量保障与监控体系的相关对策。认为建立健全教学质量保障与监控体系是调动各种积极因素,不断提高教学质量的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The system of guaranteeing and monitoring teaching quality of colleges and universities is an important system for the university's teaching condition,teaching plan as well as teachers and students.Based on the examination of the current situation of this system and its problems,this paper puts forth some measures of building up and perfecting the system,holding that the construction and perfection of the system to guarantee and monitor teaching quality is an effective method to make full use of advantageous elements and to promote teaching qualities successively. |
