On the Crisis of Neo-realitic Writers' Values on the Background of Social Transition

As a novel school starting from late 1980s, neo-realistic fictions reflect the crisis of national people＇ s values at the period of social transformation. The crisis belongs to not only the ordinary people but also some contemporary writers represented by neo-realistic writers. In their novels, the crisis of neo-realistic writers＇ values is mainly embodied in the loss of rational criticism, the vulgarization of moral estimation and the pleasing ugliness of appreciation. The crisis of values of neo-realistic writers who are a paticular social group should lead to the vigilance and self-examination of the whole society and the writers themselves.
