人工湿地法处理猪场粪水的试验研究

摘    要:本试验是采用人工湿地法对猪场粪水进行处理,以探索其处理效果。试验结果表明:猪场粪水经本工艺处理后,污水中的化学耗氧量(COD)降到134.0 mg/L,生化需氧量(BOD_5)降到85.1 mg/L,悬浮物(SS)降到81.0 mg/L,硫化物降到11.5 mg/L,铜及铜化物降到0.89mg/L,铬降到0.008 mg/L。说明此工艺处理猪粪水降解效果较好,可以达到无色、无臭、无害、无污染、基本净化的目的,又由于其投资小,处理效率高,管理方便,节约能源,因而可以在大型猪场推行。

Abstract:The artificial wet land method was selected to treat slurry from a pig farm to investigate its effectiveness. The results showed that indexes in pig slurry of chemical oxygen demand (COD) ,biochemical oxygen demano (BOD5) ,suspendded solid (SS),sulphide,chromium,or copper and copper complex were decreased to levels of 134. 0 mg/L ,85. 1 mg/L ,11.5 mg/L,0. 08 mg/L, or 0. 89 mg/L, respectively, suggesting that treating pig slurry by this technological process results in such a complete decomposition of pollutants that pig slurry could be basically colourless .odourless and contam-inativeless. In the meanwhile,this technology was convenient and economy,so it was recommended to be used on large pig farms.
