| Abstract: | The 21st century is the maritime cent ury.Prosperity lies in exploring th e maritime resources;if not,a count ry will become debilifated.However our national maritime consciousness is faint,so the education of the maritime n ational conditions should be strengthened.This paper makes preliminary analysis and study on the present condition s of and ways to the enlightenment of the consciousness of the maritime national c onditions. |
