| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记“以德治国”的治国方略 ,对新世纪我国教育的改革与发展具有长远的指导意义。以德治国是社会主义市场经济的必然要求 ;“德育为首”是高师院校贯彻以德治国思想的重要体现 ;高师院校贯彻以德治国思想 ,必须重视和加强师德教育。

| Abstract: | The policy "ruling the country by virtue" made by President Jiang Zemin is of great guidance to the reform and development of China's education. Ruling the country by virtue is an inevitable request of the socialist market economy,and "moral education first" is an important way to carry out the policy in colleges and universities training teachers. To carry out the ploicy,emphasis is to be laid on the education of teachers morals. |
