白洋淀水生态文明建设困境及其破解路径研究

随着我国生态文明建设进入攻坚期与窗口期,白洋淀水生态文明建设也进入到更为紧迫和关键的新时期。生产资料与生产方式的转变、现代水生态教育理念的缺失、水环境保障制度的不足阻碍了白洋淀水生态文明的建设。建设白洋淀水生态文明要以人水和谐的绿色生态思维理念为指导,选择绿色生态道路、开展水文化教育、落实水环境制度,探索“三生融合”的绿色生态发展新形态,建设白洋淀人水和谐的水生态文明。
