| 摘 要： | 利用随机前沿生产函数Sfpanel时变非效率（time-varying inefficiency）模型测度中国工业细分36个行业1999-2014年产能利用率及动态表现。研究发现:中国工业行业产能利用率在2008年之前呈"M形"阶段性产能过剩,在2008年之后呈逐渐波动下降趋势的长期性、全面性产能过剩;重化工业层面产能过剩行业认定与以往研究存在一致性共识与异质性新发现;部分传统轻工业与少数高新技术行业出现产能过剩新特点。

| Abstract: | This paper, by using stochastic frontier production function Sfpanel(the time-varying inefficiency)model to measure the 1999-2014 China industrial subdivision 36 industry capacity utilization rate and dynamic performance.Study found:Before 2008,The capacity utilization rate of industrial sector in China showed stage capacity surplus as "m-type",After 2008, the excess capacity showed gradually fluctuating trend of long-term, comprehensive overcapacity;The identification of industrial overcapacity in the heavy chemical industry is consistent with the previous research but discover the new heterogeneity; Some traditional light industry and a few high-tech industries have new features of overcapacity. |
