河南养老服务体系建设的必要性、现状及应用条件的相关思考

养老服务是一种公共产品，推进养老服务体系建设有助于维护社会公平正义，共享经济发展成果，促进社会和谐发展。河南从2000年进入老龄化社会，并且老龄化程度逐年加深，社会养老服务压力进一步加大。对河南养老服务体系建设的必要性、现状及应用条件进行了深入分析、研究，期冀为建设一个结构完善、功能齐全、满足河南省老年人多层次服务需求的养老服务体系提供有益的思考。

Study on the necessity, status quo and application conditions of Henan old-age service system construction

Old-Age Service is a kind of public products. Promoting the construction of old-age service system helps to maintain social fairness and justice, share economic development and advance social harmonious development. Henan has entered the aging society since 2000, the degree of aging has been deepening year by year, and the pressure of social old-age service has been further increased. This paper studies on the necessity, status quo and application conditions of Henan Old-Age Service System and hopes to provide the beneficial thinking on building a perfect structural old-age service system with complete functions to meet the demand of the multi-level services in Henan province.
