| 摘 要： | 如何加强对侵害他人生命健康权所至的反射损害的受害人的保护,是一个不容忽视的问题。虽然各国规定不一,但通过比较发现存在许多共同之处。全国人大法工委民法草案对这一问题的规定还可从反射损害的形态和反射损害受害人等方面加以完善。 |
