| 摘 要： | 美国联邦法院和州法院是构成美国法院体系的主要部分,二者同时并存,根据各自管辖权,发挥其独特作用,这是美国审判制度的一个主要特点.在法庭审理过程中,法官、检察官、律师和陪审员分别在诉讼活动中起着重要作用,其功能和目的各异,在审理案件时都要遵循审判原则,依法各尽其责.

| Abstract: | The main feature of the judicial system of the United States is that whilst in co-existence, federal and state courts nevertheless carry out their justice separately according to their individual jurisdictions. All judges, prosecutors, lawyers and jurors play important roles in a trial. Although they have different functions and purposes, they should all abide by laws and judicial principles during the process of the courtroom. |
