基于地域文化的产业集群文化培育

在产业集群的生成发展中,除了产业链、价值链等因素影响外,文化因素作为背后深藏的“无形的人文之网”具有不可替代的影响力。产业集群文化根植于地域文化而发展,两者互为影响,彼此推动。本文通过讨论地域文化和产业集群文化的相互关系,给出基于地域文化的产业集群文化培育策略,从而实现地域文化中的显性内容演变为产业集群文化中的正式制度性安排,地域文化中的隐性因子顺利植入并涌现为集群文化中的缄默因子,完成由文化竞争力向集群根植性竞争力的艰难一跳。

Cultivating Culture of the Industrial Clusters Based on the Regional Culture

In the process of formation and development of industrial clusters,cultural factors,as an "unseen humanity network",exert unreplacable influences apart from industry chain and value chain.Industial cluster culture develops with its root deep in regional culture,and the two cultures interact while promote each other.Through discussing the relationships between regional culture and industry cluster culture,the present study provides culture cultivation strategies based on regional culture,thus realizing transformation of the dominant contents of regional culture into formal institutionalized regulations of industrial cluster culture,and successful inplanting the subdominant factors of regional culture and turning them into tacit factors of industrial cluster culture.As a result,the difficult transition from cultural competitiveness to cluster embeddedness competitiveness is accomplished.
