| 摘 要： | 技术创新的制度结构就是促进和支持技术创新的各种正式制度(不包括各种组织机构)与非正式制度的总和。技术创新的制度结构只是国家创新系统的一个组成部分。技术创新制度结构主要具有复杂性、层次性、关联性和演进性等特征。研究技术创新的制度结构对于深化国家创新系统研究和搞好技术创新活动具有重要的意义。
