国际服务贸易统计体系的比较研究

 我国的服务业发展相对滞后，加入WTO后，服务业务将面临严峻的冲击和挑战，带动服务业的对外贸易状况必然会发生深刻的变化。与此相对应，国际服务贸易将成为一个重要的研究领域。国际服务贸易统计是整个服务贸易研究的基础，其建设应引起足够的重视。目前，中国对国际服务贸易的统计只限于传统的国际收支统计，远远不能全面反映中国服务业在国际竞争中的地位和服务业对外开放的状况，也不利于企业发掘新的市场机会，因此完善国际服务贸易统计对于提高中国服务业的国际竞争力具有十分重要的意义。为此，本文将对目前国际上通行的两种主要的国际服务贸易统计体系进行比较研究，在此基础上探讨中国国际服务贸易统计改革的基本思路。

The Comparative Research on the System of External Service Trade Statistics

This paper elaborates the two definitions of international services trade, and compares the BOP statistical system and GATS statistical system. Based on these, it puts forward proposal improving statistical system for international services trade in China.
