| 摘 要： | 我国家族企业产生、成长和成熟三个阶段的过程,实际上是企业规模和社会网络由小到大、所有权和控制权由聚到分、社会资本运用由简到繁的拓展过程。研究探索家族企业社会资本的运行模式和应用途径,不仅可以补充家族企业发展理论,还能为家族企业的高效管理、以及如何向现代企业制度演进等方面提供具有实用性的参考价值。
