| Abstract: | During the new era, the sources of junior high school teachers' occupational stress fall into five main categories:pupil misbehavior,poor prospects concerning pay,promotion and career development,work overload and time pressure,poor school ethos, as well as the reformation of school.The way of stress reduction exits in compositional forces of teachers themselves,schools and the society. |
