| 摘 要： | 作为网络社区思想政治教育的实行者和引导者，高校辅导员的网络社区使用习惯必然对工作效果产生影响。为探究具体影响因素，采用问卷方法对北邮人社区辅导员使用习惯进行调查。通过使用Logistic回归模型等分析，可知辅导员个人主页更新频率、是否进行重要事务通知及思想引导等因素，能够有力提升网络社区思想政治教育工作的效果。

| Abstract: | As executors and instructors of ideological and political education in university network community, the counselors’ using habits towards network community definitely have an impact on the education.Through the questionnaire survey, counselors’ using habits towards Beiyouren ( BYR) network community are investigated. The results of logistic regression analysis show that counselors’ update frequency of their homepages, notification of important affairs and ideological guidance will have a significant effect on ideological and political education in network community. |
