| 摘 要： | 住房商品化、社会化、货币化的制度改革带来了房地产物业管理服务市场化,随着物业管理服务业的蓬勃发展,物业管理公司、业主及业主委员会之间的矛盾也渐次升级,物业管理服务质量及物业管理收费等方面的问题和纠纷不断,扰乱了住宅小区正常的生活秩序。本文剖析了物业管理纠纷现状及其产生原因,探讨了解决物业管理纠纷的策略。

| Abstract: | Along with the monetization of housing system,the estate management industry has been flourishing.The prosperity of estate management industry has contributed to better estate management services,while at the same time it has also led to increased disputes,either in service quality or in service charging,between estate management company,house owners,and union of house owners,which has disrupted the order of life in the neighborhood.This paper investigates the causes of these disputes,and discusses possible solutions. |
