20世纪80、90年代苏南乡镇企业与乡镇消防队的建设

20世纪80、90年代,苏南乡镇企业得到了飞速发展,相应地带来了不少消防安全隐患。由于苏南农村消防力量薄弱,为维护本地的消防安全,各镇依托集体性质的乡镇企业,纷纷建立了乡镇专职消防队,为保卫一方平安发挥了巨大作用。因而,我们在强化国家办消防的同时应注重提倡和发展社会办消防,在注重经济发展的同时,也要注重社会事业的发展。

On the Establishment of Township Fire Brigades

During the 1980s and 1990s,the township enterprises in southern Jiangsu were constantly threatened by potential fires while experiencing a rapid development.For lack of firefighting forces,local township governments built their own fire brigades to protect the local people.These fire brigades were attached to the collective township enterprises,and played an important role in safeguarding the local communities.This phenomenon indicates that we should not neglect the local firefighting forces when we strengthen the state firefighting forces and we should pay attention to the development of social causes when we emphasize economic development.
