| 摘 要： | 《尚书》是流传于今最为久远的一部历史文献汇编。作为备受儒家推崇的政事元典,《尚书》中蕴含了丰富的“德政”思维,对其管窥蠡测,其明德诚信、立政唯贤、恤民养民的“德政”范式清晰可见。明德诚信是君临天下的内在素养,立政唯贤是政治首脑应有的政治胸襟,恤民养民则是判别是否“德政”的外在要件。

| Abstract: | Shang Shu is one of the remotest historic literature handed down from ancient times.As a revered book on governmental affair canonized greatly by the Confucianists,it contains rich benevolent ruling thought.To conjure up the whole thing,by seeing a part of it,we may see clearly in it a benevolent ruling mode,symbolized by illustrating illustrious virtue of honesty,appointing officials on their merits and showing solicitude for the people.To illustrate illustrious virtue of honesty is the interior attainment of the emperor.To appoint officials on their merits is the political mind bearable for a political head.To show solicitude for the people is the external expression of benevolent ruling. |
