农民分化与村庄社会整合

当前农村社会日益严重的阶层分化与农民经济分化有关，但高度的经济分化并不必然产生阶层分化。发生在熟人社会场域中的农民分化受到村庄社会整合机制的作用，形成了村庄社会的低度分化。村庄社会整合机制体现为：基于血缘地缘关系形成的宗族结构，为村民提供情感认同与价值规范；以集体经济为表现形式的经济基础，强化村庄治理的公共性与村民的利益关联；以公共生活为载体的媒介机制，为村民提供价值再生产空间，形塑互助合作的阶层关系；以村规民约为主要形式的制度基础，通过对个体的行为约束维护村庄公共秩序。村庄社会整合的四重机制通过维护村庄公共性弱化了不同阶层之间的分化与区别，重塑了一个稳定有序且有活力的熟人社会秩序。

Farmer Differentiation and Village Social Integration

At present, the increasingly serious stratum differentiation of rural society is related to the economic differentiation of farmers, but the high degree of economic differentiation does not necessarily produce stratum differentiation. The differentiation of farmers occurring in the social field of acquaintances is influenced by the social integration mechanism of villages, which forms the low differentiation of village society. The social integration mechanism of villages is embodied in: based on the clan structure formed by kinship, it provides the villagers with emotional identity and value norms; taking the collective economy as the form of economic foundation, strengthening the public nature of village governance and the interests of villagers; the media mechanism with the public life as the carrier provides the value reproduction space for the villagers and the class relations of mutual assistance and cooperation; taking village rules and regulations as the main form of institutional basis, through the individual behavior constraints to maintain village public order. The four fold mechanism of village social integration weakens the differentiation and differentiation between different classes by maintaining village publicity, and reshapes a stable, orderly and dynamic social order of acquaintances.
