| 摘 要： | 大众化背景下的高等教育,高校之间的竞争日趋激烈,社会对高等教育的需求越来越高,提升核心竞争力是每一所高校追求的目标。地方高校就目前的现状来说,是竞争中的弱势群体。要提高核心竞争力,必须立足区域经济社会发展需求,突出学科建设的龙头地位,强化特色意识,强化自身服务区域的大学功能,把特色培育与大学功能的发挥有机结合起来。
