摘    要:本试验采用L_9(3~4)止交试验设计,研究了在鲜鸡粪中加入不同水平的沸石、土霉素、绿矾、脲酶抑制剂去除NH_3和H_2S等臭气物质的效果。结果表明:蛋鸡粪便产生的主要臭气物质NH_3、H_2S的浓度受上述除臭剂不同配合比例的极显著影响(P<0.01)。本试验条件下,蛋鸡粪便中添加5%沸石、0.02%土霉素、3%绿矾、0.002%脲酶抑制剂,降低NH_3、H_2S浓度的效果最好。

Abstract:Effects of different additive levels of zeolite, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, ter-ramycin,and urease inhibitor, to fresh chicken feels on the concentrations of ammonia and sulfhydrogn in the atmosphere were inquired using a L9(34) or thgonal design. The results showed the different comprehensive levels of the four deodorants had very significant influence on the ammonia and sulfhydrogen concentrations (P<0. 01). Under the experimental conditions, the optimum comprehensive levels of the four deodorants were 5% zeolite. 0. 02% terramycin, 3% ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, and 0. 002% urease inhibitor, respectively, yielding maximum responses of getting rid of the above two stink substances.
