| 摘 要： | 蒙医药是我国传统医药的主要组成部分之一,更是蒙古民族贡献给人类社会的重要文化遗产。保护蒙医药,就是在保护人类文明,更是在保护蒙古族人民的经济、社会、文化权利。通过对蒙医药历史的梳理,从理论与实践两个方面阐述我国蒙医药法律保护的意义。

| Abstract: | Mongolian medicine is one of the main components of Chinese traditional medicine,and it is also an important cultural heritage contributed by the Mongolian people to human society.Protecting Mongolian medicine means protecting human civilization and the economic,social and cultural rights of the Mongolian people.This paper expounds the significance of legal protection of Mongolian medicine from theory and practice by analysing the theoretical system of Mongolian medicine. |
