高校教师教学质量五维考核体系设计研究

摘    要:由于主要依赖学生评价来认定教师教学质量的单维考核方式存在片面性,从学生、学校教学督导、院系部领导、被考核教师的同行和被考核教师本人五个维度来构建综合考核教师教学质量的评价体系。针对这五方主体分别设计评价指标和考核问卷,并对其赋予不同的权重值,同时构建计算总加权平均值的模型,最后,依据计算出的每位教师的总加权平均值来排序,决定孰优孰劣。

Abstract:The one-sidedness of the current college teaching quality evaluation system which relies on student feedback has caused some problems. The authors explore a five-dimensional evaluation system involving students, supervisors, administrators, colleagues and self-evaluation. The evaluation questionnaires are also designed according to the five aspects, after which the authors weigh every aspect differently. Subsequently, a weighted averaged model is designed and the authors rank all teachers according to the averaged value they get.
