摘    要:历年来,英语演讲比赛给英语学习者们提供了舞台,参赛者的语音语调、神情体态、思辨创新等给人们留下了深刻的印象。备赛培训的过程是学生在教师的指导下,加大语言"输入"和"输出"的过程,从传统的以"教师为中心"的教学模式转向了"以学生为中心"的教学模式,更为注重的是语言的综合训练和学生的思辨能力。将这样的英语演讲比赛培训模式引入英语教学实践,将会进一步发现学生英语学习的弱项和英语教学的薄弱环节,从而能验证英语演讲比赛培训模式确实能有效地增强学生英语的应用能力和自主学习能力,激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

Abstract:In recent years, English speech contests have provided a stage for English learners to show what they have learned. We have been impressed by the quality of contestants' pronunciation, intonation, performance and creative and logical thinking. However, the process of training for the contest is the process of enlarging language input and output with teachers' guidance. Therefore, the traditional 'teacher-centered' teaching mode has turned into a 'student-centered' teaching mode, which focuses on training students' comprehensive language and logical thinking abilities. This paper applies the training methods for English speech contests to English teaching practices so as to find out the weaknesses in English study and teaching techniques, so as to test and verify that the training methods improve students' comprehensive and self-learning abilities.
