MPA教育主体缺失及对策分析

摘    要:MPA教育主体缺失是影响MPA教育实效性的主要原因。文章探讨了中国MPA教育主体及其特征、MPA教育主体缺失的原因及表现,进而提出只有发挥教师价值引导的主体性、尊重MPA学员自主建构的主体性、强化学校环境塑造的主体性扣加强政府政策激励的主体性,并使各主体达到协调统一,才能从根本上解决教师、MPA学员、学校和政府四主体缺失问题。
