| 摘 要： | 采用非线性规划法对短梗霉多糖发酵的实验数据进行了回归分析,建立了短梗霉多糖转化率与培养基组分之间的函数关系式,并利用此关系式再次使用非线性规划求出了最优化的培养基配方,有效地提高了转化率水平.

Optimization of the pullulan fermentation medium |

| Abstract: | By regression analysis of the experimental data of pullulan fermented in Aureobasidium pulluans fermentation medium with the nonlinear programming method,the expression model of functional relation between polysaccharide conversion rate and the medium composition is set up,then the optimization medium is selected out with the nonlinear programming method again. |
