| 摘 要： | 公羊学在汉代是显学,由公羊学者对《春秋》经进行阐发所形成的公羊义则是汉代政治实践的直接理论依据之一。公羊家以及儒生或在对策上书中以公羊义立政治原则,或在现实生活中以公羊义解政治难题,而帝王将相引经下诏的政治决策中,更是不乏公羊义的身影。通过儒家学者和帝王官僚的不断运用,公羊义在直接维护封建君主专制的同时,也包含力求使汉王朝的政治运作在实然和应然的张力中尽量朝着＂王道仁政＂轨道发展的一面。

| Abstract: | Gong Yang School was the ruling theory in the Han dynasty. Gong Yang＇s thoughts,which were formed by expounding Spring and Autumn,were the direct theoretical grounds for the political practice in the Han dynasty. Gong Yang Scholars and other Confucians made the best use of Gong Yang＇s thoughts for giving advices for emperors and government,solving realistic political puzzles and persuading emperors into making political decisions. |
