| 摘 要： | 本文依据大量的事实试图说明国人的储蓄行为在于三个主要动机 :即家庭内部支付风险、消费品不适应和投资受限。并努力探究逐步启动内需的阶段路径。文中指出 ,现阶段的关键是以房地产、旅游、教育和生活用品更新拉动内需。三至五年后 ,可以增加汽车、金融投资等作为拉动内需的主要工具
