| 摘 要： | 就业导向下的职业教育,企业的需求决定着职业教育的培养目标。从实际出发,对河北省部分企业进行了中职毕业生就业能力的问卷评价。通过因子分析得到了因子分析模型、因子得分函数及综合因子得分的计算公式,并进行了聚类分析。根据研究结果提出了课程是培养过程的核心,给出了对课程模式的选择三方面的建议。
