| 摘 要： | 财政收支是宏观经济平衡的变量之一,当代发达资本主义国家为了弥补市场经济的缺陷,广泛采用财政手段对国民经济进行调控,在一定程度上达到了合理配置资源,缓和经济的周期性波动,以及合理调整收入和分配,使之符合于社会承认的“公平”和“公正”的目的。

Contemporary developed capitalist countries use financial methods to regulate national economy so as to make up for the defeciency in market economy, to stablize the periodic fluctuation of economy, so that the aims of fairness and justice are realized. |
