| 摘 要： | 从提高综合国力、发展经济的角度出发,阐述了建设创新型山西过程中城市创新体系的意义,分析了创新型城市概念模型以及创新型城市类型,提出创新型山西建设的城市创新体系由政策支持体系、技术创新体系、知识创新体系和技术扩散与服务体系构成,城市创新体系建设最终归结为促进经济社会可持续发展的产业和产品创新上来.

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of enhancing the state comprehensive power and the development of economy,this paper analyzes the concept modes and city types of the innovative city construction,and puts forward the theory of the City Project system of innovative Shanxi construction,which shoud contain policy sustain system,technique innovation system,knowledge innovation system,technique diffusion and service system. |
