浅谈高校心理健康教育与创新人才培养

建设创新型国家是我国的国家发展战略,其核心是提高自主创新能力,而创新人才的培养是其最基础的战略支撑。高校是创新人才培养的摇篮,更要肩负起创新教育的重任。从创新意识、创新思维和创新人格三个层面剖析创新人才的基本心理素质构成,论述在创新教育中心理健康教育对创新人才培养的激发、塑造和促进作用。而在现实的高校的教学实践中,从传统的课堂教育革新、课外活动的多样性以及有效的整体性政策支撑等角度,深入探讨在健康教育活动中培养创新人才的有效途径。

On Mental Health Education and Innovation Cultivation of Colleges and Universities

Building an innovative country is one of China’s future national development strategies,whose key point is to improve the capability of independent innovation and whose foundation is to cultivate innovative talents.As a cradle for training creative personnel,colleges and universities should take on the mission of innovation education.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the basic psychological make-up from the perspectives of innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and innovative personality,and then elaborates on the roles which mental health education plays in encouraging,molding and supporting innovative talents.Based on the current teaching practices at colleges and universities,this paper takes into account the innovation of traditional classroom education,the diversity of extra-curricular activities and the effectiveness of holistic policy support so as to probe into the feasible ways to cultivate innovative talents through mental health education activities.
