| 摘 要： | 深入了解罪刑法定原则的产生和发展过程，对于打击犯罪和保障人权具有重要的现实意义。罪刑法定原则起源于中世纪的英国大宪章，最初表现为严格的、绝对的罪刑法定原则；但是，随着时代的发展，严格的、绝对的罪刑法定原则已经逐渐演变为相对的、实质的罪刑法定原则。
