推动失地农民“可行能力”建设——政策视角下的失地农民再就业问题研究

失地农民的安置工作不仅关系到失地农民可行能力建设,也关系到农村社区的建设、农村城市化和城乡统筹的进程。在对哈尔滨市松北周边地区农村实证调查的基础上,本文指出了失地农民再就业过程中所面临的主要政策问题,分析了造成失地农民再就业困局的政策原因,进而提出了解决失地农民再就业问题的有效途径。

Promote the Landless Peasants Practicable Capability Building from the Perspective of Research on the Policy on Landless Peasants' Re-employment
