| 摘 要： | 公共管理是现代政治生活的基本内容,本文首先从学理上阐述公共管理和政治的准确定义;然后以历史逻辑的视角论述公共管理与政治活动具有同源性、伴生性、重合性以及公共管理对政治活动合法性的意义上的辩证关系。在社会生活中,人们在说到公共管理总不愿意和政治活动联系起来,或者说到政治活动总排斥公共管理,这与我们过去对政治涵义的理解存在误区有关。学术界对二者的定义有多角度的论说,但是对二者关系却没有深入阐明。本文试图用马克思主义的观点对二者进行明晰地定义,并从历史逻辑上阐明二者的辩证关系。 |
