| Abstract: | Based on the current transition of cities and the Transit-Oriented Development （TOD） theory, the paper studies the feasibility of TOD in the industrial renewal in Guangzhou＇ s Huangpu district. The strategies for TOD application is therefore raised, offering references to the current domestic peri-urban transition in the context of metropolitan transit as well as to urban planning. |
