| 摘 要： | 针对当下如何结合妇联的自身角色和我国社区建设的实践，探讨了妇联组织在服务和谐社区建设过程中出现的相关问题，提出了具有针对性的改进对策；认为在社区建设过程中，妇联应积极采取措施，发挥作用，要在工作中从妇女儿童切身利益相关的民生问题的战略高度及在满足妇女的战略性社会性别利益的框架下，解决妇女的现实需求。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the rule of Women＇s Federation and the practice of community construction in China, the paper discusses the problems oceurred in the service of Women＇s Federation for harmonious society construction and then proposes some countermeasures. It is said that during the community construetion, Women＇s Federation should pay an important role in meeting the realistic needs of women for women and children-related livelihood issues and women＇s social gender interests from the strategic angle. |
