| 摘 要： | 河南省自主创新体系具有四个功能:创新基础设施的建设功能、创新制度的建设功能、创新资源的优化配置功能和创新活动的执行功能。该体系四大功能相互联系,紧密结合,任何一部分功能的失效都将影响整个体系功能的全面发挥。其中,创新基础设施的建设功能和创新制度的建设功能是自主创新体系最基本的两个功能,创新活动的执行功能为实现我省经济跨越式发展开辟了新的思路。

| Abstract: | The independent innovation system in Henan province has these four functions.They are innovation infrastructure construction function,innovation system construction function,innovation resources optimal allocation function and innovation activities executive function.They are closely related with each other,and the failure of any function will affect the overall play of the whole function system.Besides,the innovation infrastructure construction function and the innovation system construction function are the two basic functions of the independent innovation system.On the other hand,it is the innovation activities executive function that opens up a new thought for the economy of Henan province to achieve great-leap-forward development. |
