| 摘 要： | 水利文化在人类的生存和社会的进化中占据着重要的地位,发挥着巨大的作用。对水利文化的历史渊源与地位作用进行了探讨,对水利文化在各个不同时期的兴废与国家盛衰的关系进行了分析,对新中国成立60多年尤其是改革开放30多年来,水利文化发生的巨大变化进行了阐述,并对水利文化的建设与发展进行了经验总结。

| Abstract: | Water conservancy water culture plays an important role in the survival of mankind and social evolution,play a great role.Starting from the ancient times,the primitive,slave,feudal society and modern society,the historical origin and the role of water culture were discussed,the water conservancy water culture waste relationship with rise and fall of the country in different periods and analyzed,the founding of new China 60 years especially 30 years of reform and opening up,great changes of water culture were introduced,high praise of our working people's wisdom and water initiative,and the development and construction of water conservancy water culture,summarizes the experiences. |
